Overview
You can replace an existing loan portfolio in Araya to completely delete all current records and upload a new dataset. This is useful when you have an entirely new list of properties to analyze.
Replacing a Portfolio for Propensity Intelligence
Click My Portfolios in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Click Manage My Portfolios.
Click the Actions menu next to the target portfolio.
Select Replace Portfolio.
Click Continue to confirm that you want to proceed with updating the records.
Click Continue.
Drag and drop your file into the upload area or click the Browse files link to select it.
Click Continue.
Select the correct column from the dropdown menu for any column marked as Not Matched.
Select the checkbox to confirm that your matched columns do not contain sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII).
Click Continue to complete the submission.
Outcome
You have replaced your old portfolio with the new dataset. Once validation completes, all previous records are deleted, and the new data is ready for analysis.
