Overview
You can replace an existing loan portfolio in Araya to delete all existing records and upload a completely fresh dataset. This is useful when you have a brand-new version of your portfolio.
Replacing a Portfolio for Payoff Analysis
Navigate to the Portfolio Imports dashboard.
Click the Actions menu next to the target portfolio.
Select the Update Portfolio option from the dropdown menu.
Click Continue to confirm that you want to proceed with replacing the records.
Click Continue.
Click the Browse files link or drag and drop your updated file into the upload area.
Click Continue.
Select the correct column from the dropdown menu for any column marked as Not Matched.
Select the checkbox to confirm that your matched columns do not contain sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII).
Click Continue to complete the submission.
Outcome
You have submitted your portfolio for replacement. Once validated, all previous records are deleted, and the new dataset is ready for analysis on your dashboard.
