Overview
Credco.com lets you quickly correct Applicant and Co-Applicant information, such as names, dates of birth, and current or previous addresses, and Social Security numbers, without submitting a new order. This feature is especially useful for correcting information entered incorrectly during the initial ordering process.
This is the SSN version for CCM. Not sure if my account settings need to be modified to see SSN in the modify applicant info screen. This version contains the video from the standard version until i get more details, but the language has been updated to include SSN.
Modify applicant information
On the Order Dashboard (Home), locate the order for the applicant information you want to modify.
From the Actions menu, select Modify Applicant Info.
In the Modify Application Information popup, select the radio button(s) next to the correct Applicant and Co-Applicant information.
Note: If the correct information is not available, a new credit report is required.
After selecting the correct information, click Submit.
Note: An updated credit report is generated with new a Reference Number. Use this new number to reissue the credit report to your Loan Origination System (LOS) or applicable Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE).
Outcome
You can modify Applicant and Co-Applicant information to generate an updated credit report without placing a new order on credco.com.
