# How to Log In to Your Client Account on Mercury Network®

## Overview

Logging in to your client account gives you access to place, track, and manage appraisal orders in Mercury Network®. The login page also provides options to recover account information or create a new account.

## Logging in to Your Client Account

1. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields.

> [!NOTE]
> **Tip**: If you've forgotten your login information, click **Forgot Password**, enter your email address, and click **Send Account Info** to have it resent.
2. Click **Sign In**.

## Outcome

After completing these steps, you will be able to access your client account and navigate to the orders dashboard to begin managing your orders.
