# How to Generate User Reports on Commercial Tax Portal

## Overview

You may need to extract specific, pre-set datasets for auditing, internal tracking, or performance review. Generating and downloading user reports allows you to move information from the portal into a manageable file format for offline analysis.

## Generating User Reports

1. Navigate to the **User Reports** module in the side menu.
2. Select the **Client** from the drop-down.
3. Select the **Report Type** from the drop-down.
4. Apply any of the filtering options to pinpoint particular data.
5. Click **Display** to preview report.
6. Click **Download** if the preview shows the relevant information.

## Outcome

You have successfully generated and downloaded a report containing your filtered portal data. This information is now available in a spreadsheet format for your internal use.
