# How to Download Refund Logs on Commercial Tax Portal

## Overview

You can download refund logs to gain a historical perspective on any changes made to a refund record during the research and payment processes. These logs provide a detailed audit trail, including payment information and associated parcel breakdowns, which is essential for accurate internal record-keeping and auditing.

## Downloading Refund Logs

1. Navigate to the **Refunds** module.
2. Select the specific records by **checking the box next to each refund ID,** or click the checkbox at the top of the table to select all visible records.
3. Click **Download Refund Log** located above the results table to save the files to your computer.
