Require MISMO XML: Enforces delivery in MISMO XML format (required for GSE UCDP submissions).
Require ENV: Enforces delivery in ENV format.
Require RealView Bridge: Runs the completed report against client-facing quality rules.

Once confirmed, you can attach order-specific documents. These attachments will be visible to all selected appraisers. Click Upload documents to attach specific documents or click Finished to submit the order.
Note: Order Acceptance & Expiration Guidelines:
24-Hour Window: Vendors have 24 business hours (excluding weekends/holidays) to accept an order. Track pending orders via Awaiting Acceptance or All Open Orders in the left sidebar.
Expiration: If not accepted within 24 hours (or if declined), Mercury automatically reassigns the order or flags it for manual action based on your Vendor Selection Settings.
Conditional Declines: If a vendor proposes a new fee or due date, the status updates to Conditionally Declined for your review and negotiation.
