Assistance with the Help Center

1. Visit docs.cotality.com.

   Tip: Add this site to your favorites for easy access later.

2. Click Login.

3. If your organization uses Cotality Client SSO, select that option on the login screen.

   Tip: Not sure if you have SSO? Check with your System Administrator. If your organization doesn't use it, proceed to the next step to create an account.

4. To create an account, click Sign up.

5. Enter your First name, Last name and work Email address, then click Sign up.

6. Review your confirmation status and check your email for final activation instruction.

   Note: You’ll receive an activation email branded with Cotality and Doc360 that includes the final step to activate your account.

7. Once your account is activated, click Back to Login and sign in with your new credentials.
