Early Growth: The period before ground has broken for construction. Growth intent is gathered through Land Use code changes or a purchase by a known builder.

Ongoing Development: The construction process has started. Represented by an active new construction permit on the property.

Completed Properties: Properties that have completed construction over the past 2 years. Represented by a year built supplied by the county or a new construction sale.

Single-Family Residential: Collection of properties that are "one-family, one-roof." Includes properties like traditional houses, cabins, or trailers.

Multi-Family Residential: Properties that are "multiple-families, one-roof." Includes duplexes, triplexes, apartment complexes, condos, etc.

Commercial: Includes all commercial-type properties like hotels, restaurants, car washes, industrial, retail, etc.
