How do I log in for the first time?

Click Submit a Support Request and we'll point you in the right direction.

Is the platform offered in other languages?

Not at this time. However, web browsers such as Google Chrome or a Microsoft Edge can translate the page for you. Once your preferred language is selected, right-click and choose "Translate to…"

Is the platform accessible on mobile devices?

Yes. The platform is accessible through a web browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari on your phone, tablet, or other mobile device. You can save the Platform Sign-In Page to your phone’s home screen for quick access. If you’re just getting started, we recommend using a computer for the best experience.

What notifications will I receive?

You can view and adjust notification frequency under Notification Settings. You can also enable Custom Notifications for hub activity.

How long does it take to create a new hub? Is there a limit?

There are several ways to create hubs:

  • Invite your entire database using Invite Homeowners

  • Create an Individual Hub to maintain a client relationship after closing

Creating a hub takes just a minute or two, and there is no limit to the number of hubs you can create.

What happens when I add someone to a hub?

When someone is added to a hub, they receive a Hub Invitation email. These emails cannot be edited or customized at this time. The recipient clicks the link, creates an account, and joins the hub as a collaborator.

Can I resend a hub invitation?

Yes. Under Hub Settings, you can resend or revoke invitations, remove collaborators, Edit the Hub Name, and make other hub-level changes.

Can I remove a Service Provider from the platform?

You can request to add service providers and recommend or un-recommend, them within the platform. To fully remove a provider from the platform database, submit a request and our team will review whether the provider is no longer valid.

Where is the data sourced that is displayed inside the hub?

  • Home value data is collected from multiple displayed sources and averaged

  • Mortgage loan data is sourced from Cotality

  • Estimated interest rates are sourced from Zillow
