What is Araya?

Araya, our Property & Location Intelligence Platform, transforms workflows by blending extensive data with advanced analytics and predictive models, for a complete and cohesive understanding of the market. Araya offers solutions to common challenges and use cases across the real estate market.

How is Araya different from the Discovery Platform (now Workbench)?

While there are some similarities (they both offer property and market analysis and portfolio insights), Araya offers a simpler user experience, easy-to-gather insights, a variety of solutions, and the latest industry news, all in one place. Many of the solutions on the Discovery Platform are now available in an easy-to-use UI on Araya.

The Discovery Platform, now called Discovery Workbench, is favored by technical users who want to work with the underlying data directly. This analytic workbench enables direct querying and modeling of data. With the CoreLogic Workbench, users get a secure analytical sandbox, leading analytical tools, and an option to collaborate with CoreLogic data scientists. Eventually, Discovery Workbench will be available on Araya and be named Workbench on Araya.

Our data sources include county and other government agencies and numerous other sources as we continuously enhance and expand our product offerings. Some data also results from a combination of datasets with additional logic applied.

How often is the data updated?

Depending on the dataset, data may be updated daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific dataset. (support@corelogic.com)

What is CLIP™?

Every property in our national ecosystem is assigned a CoreLogic Integrated Property (CLIP) number — a unique identifier that links all instances of that property across our data sets. By linking records, CLIP delivers an accurate view of any property, even ones that have yet to enter tax-roll records. CLIP data connectivity creates, enriches, and enhances property data aggregation, delivering more high-quality and useful details than any single data set.
