Who can benefit from using Property Intelligence?
Property Intelligence offers valuable information for professionals across many industries such as mortgage, government, commercial real estate, and municipality services just to name a few.
Does Property Intelligence provide all the functionalities of RealQuest®?
Property Intelligence will provide many of the functions that RealQuest offers. It will not, however, support batch (match and append) and custom search; these functionalities will be available separately on the Araya platform.
What are the ways I can search within Property Intelligence?
You can search by Address, Owner, APN or CLIP®.
Can I search for multiple properties at the same time?
Currently a user can search for one property at a time.
Are there any export capabilities available in Property Intelligence?
Property Intelligence provides PDF export capabilities for all of its reports.
How do I access/log in to Property Intelligence?
You can access Property Intelligence by navigating to https://araya.corelogic.com. Once you log into the platform with your credentials, you will be able to see the product tile for Property Intelligence.
What do I do if I am having trouble logging in?
If you are having trouble logging in, you can reset your password by navigating to related https://araya.corelogic.com. If you are still experiencing technical issues or have product-related questions, you can email support@corelogic.com.
Why can't I locate the document type needed in Doc Image Search?
The types of documents that are accessible will differ based on the chosen state and county. If the document type you require is not listed, it is likely because the county has a limited history of offering document image data or does not provide image data for specific document types.
