By understanding how to manage vendors, you can ensure that they receive your orders accurately. This article guides you through the available tools for configuring your **Fee Panel**, from hand‑selecting vendors to importing lists, setting priorities, and managing eligibility, so you can streamline your workflow and maintain a high‑quality vendor Network®. --- ## Fee Panel - Your Organizations Preferred Vendor List The **Fee Panel** is where you can find your organization’s favored appraisers list, and Mercury Network® offers you several ways to create and modify your own. 1. Hand pick AMCs, appraisal firms, appraisers, agents, and inspectors that you would like to add to your **Fee Panel**. 2. Select from a list of qualified Mercury Network® appraisers based on criteria you provide. 3. Import a list of preferred appraisers from a CSV file (comma-separated values) you create in Excel or a similar program. Vendors on a **Fee Panel** have the option to auto-accept all orders from that fee panel. --- ## How to Configure Vendors in the Fee Panel The fee panel tab has 5 options: 1. Appraiser/Agent Fee Panel 2. AMC/Firms Fee Panel 3. Candidates List 4. Ineligible Vendors 5. UAD 3.6 Readiness Click the tabs below for details on each feature. ### **How to Access Vendor Profiles from the Appraiser/Agent Fee Panel** This is the default tab that appears when you open the Fee Panel. Here, you will find the individual agents/vendors you have added to your vendor list and can access their profiles which open in a pop-up screen, called Vendor Profiles. **How to Access a Vendor Profile:** You may click on any vendor to open the individual **Vendor Profile** window. The Vendor Profile helps you manage preferred vendors and configure settings such as priorities, capacity, eligibility, and UAD readiness, among other things. Click here for [Vendor Profiles Overview in Mercury Network®](/ext/docs/vendor-overview-1#overview) **Manage specific vendor settings directly from this view without accessing individual vendor profiles:** 1. **Priority:** If you've given a vendor a priority rank, their rank will appear in the **Priority** column. 2. **Capacity**: The Capacity field displays the Limit vendor capacity limits configured in the Vendor Selection settings or in the appraiser’s profile. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/d7730790-9b0e-4a1e-800e-a32628b13559/Images/Documentation/image(657).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-06T00%3A31%3A40Z&se=2026-11-06T01%3A31%3A40Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=J26wqMNmuOS9YtqHVJ%2BVJ1jp1Ju69OrWO7Mk0gkCBHM%3D) ### **How to Add and Remove AMC/Firms to the Fee panel** **Adding an AMC/Firm:** Adding an AMC/Firm to the Fee Panel is almost exactly like adding an individual appraiser. However, during the process, you will send them an invitation which they will need to accept before you can assign any orders to them. **Removing an AMC/Firm:** If you remove an AMC/Firm from the Fee Panel, you will need to re-invite them if you intend to assign future orders to them. If you think it's a possibility you will use an AMC/Firm again, consider adding them to your **Ineligible vendors** list. > [!NOTE] > **Note**: 1. AMCs are listed by company name, rather than the name of the admin. 2. AMC/Firms are displayed based on state coverage. You can use the state filter on the left. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/d7730790-9b0e-4a1e-800e-a32628b13559/Images/Documentation/image(658).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-06T00%3A31%3A40Z&se=2026-11-06T01%3A31%3A40Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=J26wqMNmuOS9YtqHVJ%2BVJ1jp1Ju69OrWO7Mk0gkCBHM%3D) ### **How to Accept or Reject Candidates from the Fee Panel** From the candidate list, you can accept or reject any or all candidates.
