By understanding how each option works, you will be able to fine‑tune your vendor oversight, improve communication between all parts, and maintain stronger control over the quality and compliance of the vendors added to your **Fee Panel**. --- ## Configure the Fee Panel Options [Embedded content](https://app.storylane.io/demo/nmxfnpq1icgz?embed=inline) Here, you can configure several options which will apply to your **Fee Panel**. 1. Click **Fee Panel** in the navigation bar at the top of the page. 2. You will be taken to the **Fee Panel** screen. Click **Options** in the top toolbar. 3. The **Fee Panel Options** window will pop up, giving you a selection of settings to edit. ****Fee Panel Options Description**** | **Fee Panel Options** | Description | | --- | --- | | **Require vendor agreement**: | Each time you upload a new vendor agreement, your vendors will be required to view and agree to it before they accept the next order you assign to them. You can upload a new agreement at any time. Here's how to upload an agreement and enable it: 1. Click the checkmark to the left of **Require vendor agreement** to enable the agreement. A window showing your local files will pop up automatically. You can also click the **Upload your agreement** link beneath the item description to start the process. 2. Upload the **Vendor agreement** as a PDF file. If you've previously uploaded an agreement, you can upload a new one to be seen by all your vendors before they accept their next assignment from you. | | **Publish statistics to Fee panel vendors**: | **Publish statistics to Fee panel vendors**: This option allows you to publish statistics like **acceptance**, **rework**, and **on-time rates** on your **Fee Panel** for your vendors to see at the same time as you. Uncheck the blue checkmark if you don't want your vendors to see their statistics for your **Fee Panel.** > [!NOTE] > **Note**: The statistics are automatically generated based on the vendors' performance with you and does not include your internal ratings. | | **Notify vendors when added to Fee panel**: | By checking this option, vendors will receive an email notification each time you add them to your **Fee Panel**. If you do not want vendors to be notified when you add them to your **Fee Panel**, click the blue check to keep the notification from being sent. | | **Enable document review**: | When enabled, this allows you review the documents your vendors have uploaded (such as licenses, E&O documents, resume, etc.) and either accept them or let the vendor know the document needs to be updated. Enabling this item also allows you to require or prefer approved documents when using your **Vendor Selection Settings.** | | **Restrict unsolicited report**: | With this option enabled, appraisers will only be able to redeliver a report if you've sent a revision request, and they will be redirected to first contact you if they try to deliver a report without a revision request. | | **Automatically move to Ineligible vendors**: | When enabled, any vendor who removes themselves from your fee panel will be marked as ineligible to receive orders (the **Ineligible vendors** list) and removed from all order groups. | | **Do not allow order reassignment:** | When enabled, appraisers may not reassign residential orders to another appraiser within their organization. They'll be notified of this restriction when they acknowledge the order or when submitting bid responses. This does not apply to orders assigned to an AMC/Firm, nor to commercial orders. | 4. Click **Save** to confirm and apply your changes. --- ## Outcome Understanding the Fee **Panel Options** lets you match your workflow and compliance needs. You know how to request documents, decide whether to share performance statistics, manage which vendor notifications they receive, and maintain a clean **Fee Panel** by automatically managing vendors. Put together, these skills enable you to create a more efficient vendor management process to keep your performance reliable across your panel.
