Are profile configurations enforced during bulk assignment actions?
No, profile configurations set up to limit assignment - such as those based on coverage area, license, capacity for service providers, or order attributes like product/sub loan type for loan officers/brokers and processors are generally not enforced on bulk assignments. Similarly, limits for reviewers/escalated reviewers based on Appraisal/BPO score ranges are not enforced.
What happens to an order’s status when a Reviewer or Escalated Reviewer is assigned in bulk?
When assigning a Reviewer or Escalated Reviewer, the order will move to Ready for Review status (for reviewers) or Ready for Escalated Review status (for escalated reviewers), unless you select the Keep Current Status option in the pop-up window.
How do I manage invoice statuses for bulk orders?
How many saved searches can be added to a single dashboard view?
You can select and display up to 5 saved searches per dashboard tab.
Will configuration changes on the "My Orders" tab apply to "All Orders" or "My Group Orders"?
No. Each tab is configured independently, allowing customized tiles, charts, and saved searches for each respective view.
Can the CMS administrator override my dashboard configurations?
Yes, administrators can override visibility settings via a global configuration. The My Preferences/Dashboard configuration module will display a notification when administrative global configurations are in place.
Can end users override locked dashboard elements?
No. Leaving the User Editable checkbox unchecked locks the field to the global administrative setting, preventing end users from altering its visibility.
