# Create CMA

### Create CMA

        
        
            

The Create CMA feature allows you to generate a Comparative Market Analysis directly within Matrix™. Quickly produce reports by designating a subject property address, assigning a contact, and setting automated comparable property suggestions.

From the Matrix™ navigation menu, hover **My Matrix** then select **CMA Manager**.

Select the **New CMA Report** button.

Add the Subject Property.

                        
                        
                            

Begin typing the Subject Property’s address into the textbox, then select the Subject Property from the list of suggestions.

Select the "Create New Subject Property" option if the address does not appear in the list.

                            
                        
                    
                    
                
                
                
                    
                        
                        
                            

Add a Contact.

                        
                        
                            

Begin typing the contact’s name into the textbox, then select the contact from the list of suggestions.

Select the "Create New Contact" option if the contact does not appear in the list.

                            
                        
                    
                    
                
                
                
                    
                        
                        
                            

Enable the **Suggest Comps** option.

                        
                        
                            

If you’d like Matrix™ to find comparable properties, select how many comparable properties Matrix™ should suggest.

You are also able to add and remove comparable properties after the CMA has been created.
