# Searches

### Contacts > Searches

        Access, audit, or refine manually saved property searches created for a specific client. Track market updates, or configure shortcuts to generate a search directly from the **My Favorite Searches** panel on the [Matrix™ Dashboard](/docs/dashboard).

Select a row to expand the associated Saved Search details.

                        

This area reveals actions and information relevant to this specific Saved Search.

                    
                    
                        

- **Settings:** rename this saved search, assign it to a different contact or include it as one of your 10 favorites that appear in the "My Favorite Searches" panel on the Dashboard.
- **Criteria:** modify this Saved Search's criteria to change the property filtering scope.
- **Results:** display the live real-time inventory results matching this Saved Search's active rules.
- **Date Since:** display the localized matching results populated since the last time the "Date Since" tracking marker was checked.
- **Market Update:** display the comparative results generated since the last time the Saved Search was run or between a specified date range.
- **Delete:** permanently remove this Saved Search from the client repository layout.
