# Assistance with the Help Center

#### How to Access the Help Center

1. Visit [docs.cotality.com](http://docs.cotality.com).

> [!NOTE]
> **Tip**: Add this site to your favorites for easy access later.
2. Click **Login**.
3. If your organization uses **Cotality Client SSO**, select that option on the login screen.

> [!NOTE]
> **Tip**: Not sure if you have SSO? Check with your System Administrator. If your organization doesn't use it, proceed to the next step to create an account.
4. To create an account, click **Sign up**.
5. Enter your **First name**, **Last name** and **work Email** address, then click **Sign up**.
6. Review your confirmation status and **check your email** for final activation instruction.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note**: You’ll receive an **activation email branded with Cotality and Doc360** that includes the final step to activate your account.
7. Once your account is activated, click **Back to Login** and sign in with your new credentials.
