# How to Send Welcome or Password Reset Emails on Araya

## Overview

With User Management, you have the ability to resend Welcome emails so that users can finalize their registration, or you can send an email to enable the user to change their password..

## Sending welcome or password reset emails

1. Use the available filters (**Search By Field**, **Products**, or **Role**) to identify the applicable user(s).
2. Click on the **user's email address** to open their User Details page.
3. Open the **Send Emails** menu.
4. Select one of the following options:
  1. **Resend Welcome Email**: Use to send the welcome email again if a user did not receive the original.
  2. **Send Reset Password Email**: Use to send a password reset link directly to the user's email address.
5. You will receive a notification if the changes were successful.

## Outcome

You can now send a welcome email again to a user, or a reset password email.
