# How to Add New Subscription Users on Araya

## Overview

You can include new users in the subscription via the Araya Admin page. You can add a single user to a subscription and choose their product access and role, or import several new users at once using a batch upload..

### Adding a single user

1. From the **User Management** (Subscription view) or **Users** (Customer Number view) tab, click the **Add User** button.
2. Select **Add User** to set up an individual account.
3. Enter the user's details, including their **Email**, **First Name**, **Last Name**, and **Subscription** (if adding the user from a Custom View).
4. Choose the **Products** you want to assign to your user.
5. If relevant, choose the **Roles** to assign to your user.
6. Click **Add User**. You will receive a notification if the changes were successful.

### Adding multiple users

1. From the **User Management** (Subscription view) or **Users** (Customer Number view) tab, click the **Add User** button.
2. Choose **Add Multiple Users** to perform a batch upload.
3. Select a product to assign to your user.
4. Click **Continue**.
5. Download and complete the **Template**, click **Select File** to upload.
6. Review and confirm the details, then click **Add Users**. You will receive a notification if the changes were successful.
