# How to Add a Vendor on Mercury Network®

## Overview

You can add additional appraisers to a bid request at any time before awarding the bid. This allows you to expand the pool of vendors being considered for the order.

Any time prior to awarding a bid order to an appraiser, you may add additional appraisers to the bid request. From the Review bids dialog, select the Add vendor menu option and you will be taken to the Vendor selection screen for the order.

> **Note**: If you are using automatic vendor selection and have reached your maximum number of appraisers, you will need to decline 1 or more bids before you can add additional appraisers.
