# How to Activate Your User Account on Title Order Management

## Overview

This guide walks you through activating your Title Order Management portal account using a lender-generated email. Once activated, you’ll gain access to your order pipeline, enabling you to securely receive and process orders in one centralized location. By creating this account and following the workflow, you can reduce reliance on manual email exchanges, enhance data security, and improve efficiency in your day-to-day operations.

## How to Activate your New Account

If this is your first time accessing **Title Order Management**, you’ll need to create a password and review and accept the Terms and Conditions to complete your account setup.

1. Locate the automated **New Title Order** **email** notification sent on behalf of your Lender client.
2. Click the **Accept Order** hyperlink within the email body to begin first-time setup.

> **Warning:** This initial setup link expires **24** hours after the email is sent. Once your account is established, do not use this link to access the order.
3. Verify your **Username/Email** pre-populated in the login field.
4. Enter and confirm your password in the **New Password** and **Confirm Password** fields.
5. Click **Log On** to create your user account.
6. Review and accept the **Terms and Conditions** to complete your registration and access the portal.
